Kavitha is the Founder of Cherry Street Investments, an Austin-based firm that focuses on multifamily, build-to-rent, and senior care facilities. Prior to real estate, she spent almost 20 years as a Technology Professional working for IBM in various roles across Software Development, Customer Services, Partner Relations, and Technical Account Management.
