Joel is the founder and CEO of Brit properties, an investment firm focused on Industrial real estate investments in the greater Chicago area. One of the unique aspects of Joel’s business model is that he uses zero leverage when acquiring assets, which is not something most of us are accustomed to. Joel has a 42 year track record in the industrial real estate field. He co-founded Epic/Savage Realty Partners in 1991 where he oversaw hiring and mentoring 60 industrial real estate professionals, many of whom became his partners. His group sold the firm to an international real estate company in 2014 and Joel started Brit Properties.
